Payments, Pricing and Discounts
What payment types do you take?
We take all major credit card and debit cards as well as Apple Pay and Direct Debit.
Can I pay cash or cheque?
Sorry we don't accept cash or cheques. Just credit and debit cards, apple pay, or direct debit.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. We charge rent for your storage unit, office or warehouse, monthly in advance. And when you first rent from us we will provide a free lock and you will also pay a fully reundable security deposit. You can pay for other things like electrcity, wifi, packing boxes etc, but these are all optional. You can access your unit 24 hours a day, and we do not charge for this either.
Do you charge VAT?
Any price you see on our website already included VAT (value added tax). We produce VAT invoices for companies registered for VAT, these can be downloaded from your account or you can contact us and we will email them to you.
Can I get a discount?
Yes. We offer discounts to those who are happy to pay 3 months (5%), 6 months (10%) or 12 months (15%) in advance. We also run special promotions from time to time and advertise them on the front page of our website or on selected storage units.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes. All storage units, offices and warehouses have a fully refundable security deposit. We refund this when you leave your unit clean, empty and with its locks/keys. We do also require 30 days notice to recieve a full refund.
Can I pay over the phone?
Yes. We can take card details over the phone, but your card will alkways go through 3D security, meaning when we have entered your card details into our system, you will be asked by your bank to confirm you want to make the payment by either text, bank app, email or any other type of 3D secure you have set up with your bank.
What do I pay when I first rent from you?
We charge a minimum of one months rent plus a fully refundable security deposit when you first make a booking online. You can pay for more months up front and recieve a discount if you want to. You can alos buy extras like an electritiy supply, wifi, boxes etc, but these are all optional.
How much does it cost?
That depends on the size, type and location of your storage unit, but we list all of our prices on our website, just click here for prices.
How and when are payments taken?
We take regular monthly payments using the payment method you used when you first booked your unit. We take the payments on the anniversary of your rental (i.e. the same day every month). If you chose to pay 3 monthly, 6 monthly or 12 monthly, then we will also take payment on the anniversay date. You can change payment methods at anytime by logging on to 'my account' on our website, or if you want to change the anniversary date, please just contact us
Can I change my payment method or credit/debit card to a new one?
Yes. Just log onto 'my account' on our website and change it easily. Alternatively give us a call and we will help.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Our system will remind you a few days before a payment will be made. However if for any reason you can't pay we have strict rules about over due debt. Please click here for our overdue process and charges information
