Facilities and Features
Are there toilets on site?
We only have toilets for customers renting units, office or warehouses at Coventry Exhall. Shipping Container customers do not have use of toilets at any of our locations.
Can I park on site?
Only if you pay for this service. If you are visiting your storage unit you can have your vehicle outside, but you cannot leave it on site if you are not around to move it if required unless you pay for parking.
Can you take in deliveries on my behalf?
Our sites are not manned on a daily basis so you need to have given your supplier instructions of how to access your storage. We cannot take deliveries on your behalf sorry.
Do storerooms or shipping containers have electricity?
Yes we offer this service but you need to pay. Please contact us for more details
Do storage units have lighting?
Shipping containers do not have lighting but we can provide, at an extra chagre, electricity. Storerooms, Offices and Warehouses all have lighting.
Are containers or storerooms damp?
Storerooms are inside in our buildings and kept above 5 degrees centrigrade, therefor damp is not an issue. Shipping containers are water tight however there may be condensation which is occurs when the metal container heats and cools (most typically during December to March). We suggest keeping sensitive items away from the container edges if you feel this may be a problem.
Do you have a forklift service?
No sorry, our locations are all unmanned and we do not have laibility insurance that cover the use of a forklift
