Security Gates

For the security of all customers, every time you leave any of our sites you MUST lock the gate securely behind you.

First Aid

Our site gets regular visits from our staff but is not manned 24 hours a day. We provide first aid equipment for the safety of our customers. Please complete the first aid book that is provided in the first aid locker if you use any of the first aid materials so that we have an accident record and can keep the first aid products topped up.

Fire

In case of a fire in your storage unit, room, container, office or warehouse, please immediately contact the fire service by calling 999 and then immediately leave the site.

Speed Limit

Please abide by a strict 5mph speed limit on site.

Smoking and Vaping

Strictly no smoking or vaping at any of our locations

Prohibited Items

The following list of items CANNOT be stored in our storage rooms or shipping containers at any of our locations:

• Food or perishable goods
• Birds, fish, animals or other living creatures
• Firearms, explosives, weapons or ammunition
• Chemicals, radioactive materials, biological agents, toxic waste, asbestos or other materials of a potnetially dangerous nature
• Any item which emits any fumes, smell or odour
• Any illegal substances, illegal items or goods illegally obtained
• Compressed gases of any kind
• Counterfeit and illicit goods, which includes unsafe consumer goods and non-duty paid alcohol and tobacco products.
• Combustible or flammable materials or liquids uch as gas, paint petrol, oil or cleaning solvents (please note we do allow vehicles to be stored in shipping containers with the caveat that the fuel tanks must be less than half full of fuel and no further fuel cans are to be kept inside the container)
